FAQs – Virtual Escape Room
From our point of view, a Simulator is a virtual experience that tries to recreate the sensations of a traditional escape room. For this reason, you will encounter elements typical of an escape room: challenges of logic, atmosphere and clock, among others.
A computer or laptop with Windows XP / 7/10 or Linux Operating System, broadband internet access and an internet browser are required. We recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, as both natively support the game's graphics engine. Safari is not supported.
As indicated in the previous item, at the moment you can play on a computer or notebook.
At least 2 players are required, for each to play Player 1 and Player 2 respectively. The maximum recommended amount of players are 4.
Communication is key for solving puzzles. Players embodying Player 1 will have to communicate permanently with Player 2 players, and vice versa. To do this, you can use your favorite conference call software. Messaging programs such as Whatsapp are also highly useful.
The loading time for both Player 1 and Player 2 depends on the download speed of the internet connection. It should take a couple of minutes.
Like a conventional escape room, asking for hits is essential to avoid getting stuck. You will be able to search online for help in a Guide.
Everything you need is within Diabolic Escape. You do not need to use the search engine in any puzzle. The only solution is to think!
Our virtual rooms are intended to be completed in 90 minutes. Likewise, once the time is up, you can continue playing to finish the experience whenever you want.
It is not necessary to do the experience in one go to complete it. You can enter as many times as you want to play.
